Chaplain Cooper

Dr. Chaplain Cooper holds a doctorate degree in counseling. He is an ordained elder. He is a CPE supervisor-educator and a board certified chaplain. He has extensive experience as a senior chaplain for the Civil Air Patrol. Dr. Cooper also has extensive experience as a fire chaplain and as a hospital chaplain.
