The Community Health Worker Supervisor-Educator® (CHW-SE®) advanced curriculum is designed for experienced CHWs that are qualified and competent in providing education, training, coaching, consultation and supervision in community health. The CHW-SE® is the subject matter expert in salutogenic community health practice and requires 200 hours (75 hours of education/125 hours of supervised experience) of training. This professional development track follows the train-the-trainer model. Participants must hold state-level recognition as a CHW in order to enroll.
