The Certified Mediation & Conciliation Specialist (CMCS) curriculum follows the national 40 hour mediator training model and covers the fundamentals of mediation, conciliation, and dispute resolution. The course also explores recovery, compassion fatigue, and trauma resolution. This course allows participants to sit for the national certified mediator exam offered by the National Association of Certified Mediators.
